Optidisc^® Heavy-Duty Cutterbar
This innovative design offers exclusive differential disc spacing. Narrower spacing at diverging discs provides greater knife overlap for cleaner cutting in difficult conditions. Wider spacing at converging discs provides more space for greater capacity and higher crop throughput.

ProActive Lift^® System
The ProActive Lift^® system allows the cutting head to move up and back simultaneously, providing quick adaption to changing terrain and protecting the cutterbar by dissipating shocks when an obstruction is encountered in the field.

Convenient Adjustments
Adjustments are fast and simple and do not require tools. Cutting height is set using a special turnbuckle that adjusts easily with only modest effort, and a convenient gauge on the turnbuckle shows the cutting height for precise field adjustments. An optional hydraulic cylinder can be put in place of the turnbuckle allowing the operator to change cutting height from the cab.

Superior Maneuverability
The Gyrodine^® swivel hitch allows turns in excess of 90° for outstanding maneuverability in the field. It eliminates PTO chatter and minimizes U-joint wear by keeping the PTO straight in-line with the tractor is available with either drawbar or two-point attachment.

Constant Float^® Suspension
The header is suspended on each side by a long, large-diameter spring that provides constant range of flotation. The floating head lifts up and back, and oscillates from side to side, to closely follow the ground contours and conform to irregular terrain. This reduces the amount of missed crop in the field and helps keep dirt out of the harvested crop.
