DMC7000, DMC8000, DMC8500 Series
Kubota machines feature two full-width, chevron-style, counter-rotating conditioning rollers, with the top roller positioned further forward than the bottom roller. This unique layout optimizes crop flow from the cutting discs to the rear, eliminating the need for complex guiding systems and additional rollers found on other designs.

DMC6000, DMC7000, DMC8000, DMC8500 Series
The fully welded cutter bar, constructed with overlapping C-channels, delivers an exceptionally rigid and strong design. This heavy-duty construction ensures a very high level of durability for reliable performance in demanding mowing conditions.

DMC8000, DMC8500 Series
The Kubota SemiSwing conditioner uses centrifugal force to deliver aggressive, effective conditioning while still providing excellent tine protection. This design results in less wear and tear, even under demanding operating conditions.

DMC6000 Series
ISOBUS control provides advanced, intuitive operation, including automatic headland control, overlap adjustment, ground pressure settings for individual mowing units, side-shift control, and individual lift of mowing units. Optional hydraulic lifting of the side guards further enhances convenience and efficiency.

DMC6000 Series
Inspired by race car engineering, the QuattroLink suspension is designed for precise tracking, higher operating speeds, and instant ground adaptation. The four-arm pulled design allows the mower to pivot up to 30 degrees up and down in a transverse direction, with vertical movement of 15.7 inches upward and 11.8 inches downward for exceptional contour following.

DMC6000 Series
The vertical transport design ensures even weight distribution across both rear tractor tires for stable handling. The telescoping frame arm moves to the lowest overlap position to reach transport height, while the outer side guard is available with a hydraulic folding mechanism. An integrated, sure-footed parking stand allows for vertical storage, requiring minimal space when the mower is not in use.

DMC7000 Series
The DMC 7000 Series can be equipped with the “Express” knife-changing system for fast, tool-free blade changes. Simply position the lever around the bolt, compress the spring, and rotate the lever to quickly remove and replace knives—saving time during maintenance.

DMC8000 Series
The complete mowing section, including the conditioner, is suspended independently from the main chassis using either two or four long, adjustable suspension springs. This allows the mower to closely follow field contours for a clean cut. If an obstacle is encountered, the mowing section lifts up and back to protect the cutter bar, then automatically returns to the working position once the obstacle is cleared.

DMC8500 Series
The center pivot hitch design works in combination with the fully welded, overlapping C-channel cutter bar to create a stiff, rugged frame. This construction enhances overall durability and stability, helping the mower perform reliably in tough field conditions.
